With 400 MW in operation, 100 MW under construction and 325 MW in the permitting phase, the company continues to expand.
In constant growth, AN AVEL BRAZ plans to double its installed capacity by 2028 and, as part of this expansion, is recruiting a Renewable Energy Project Developer.
MISSIONS
As Project Developer, you will:
- Manage the full lifecycle of renewable energy projects, from site identification through to commissioning.
- Secure and optimize identified sites and manage a full portfolio of projects.
- Coordinate all stages of development: studies, administrative procedures, technical follow-up and commissioning, relying on internal and external expertise (legal, technical, environmental).
- Ensure the successful management of tenders and calls for expressions of interest, guaranteeing the quality and competitiveness of submitted proposals.
- Lead and coordinate partners and subcontractors, ensuring objectives, deadlines and contractual commitments are met.
- Represent the company with institutional and local stakeholders, acting as the primary contact for your project perimeter.
- Work autonomously while reporting regularly to management.
- Depending on project portfolio growth, you may progress toward a managerial role.
PROFILE
- Fluent french speaker
- Degree in engineering, urban planning or territorial development (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in wind, solar PV or renewable energy development in France.
- Good knowledge of administrative and urban planning procedures.
- Ability to contribute to strategic development discussions.
- Autonomous, able to build local stakeholder support.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong field awareness and team spirit.
- Strong organisational skills and rigour.
- Good command of IT tools.
- Driving licence (Permis B) required. Regular travel expected.
